Predision Distributor Partner Program Policy
1. Purpose

To qualify as a Distributor Partner, a company must:

· Have experience and/or a customer base in relevant markets
· Demonstrate the ability to meet annual sales targets

3. Partnership Tiers
Distributor partners may be classified into different tiers based on performance, market reach, and volume:
· Authorized Distributor: Entry-level partners with basic discounts and support
· Preferred Distributor: High-performing partners with enhanced benefits
· Premier Distributor: Top-tier partners with exclusive rights and custom support

4. Responsibilities of the Distributor
Distributors agree to:
· Actively market, sell, and support the products in the agreed-upon territory
· Maintain sufficient inventory to meet customer demand
· Provide regular sales reports and market feedbacks
· Abide by our branding, pricing, and intellectual property guidelines
· Train staff as required to ensure competent product knowledge and support

6. Pricing & Payment Terms
· Distributors will receive a pricing list and applicable discount schedule
· Payment terms are typically Net 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing
· Volume-based incentives may apply upon reaching sales milestones

7. Territory and Exclusivity
Territory rights (exclusive or non-exclusive) will be specified in the distributor agreement. Exclusivity may be granted based on performance criteria, including sales targets and marketing efforts.
8. Duration and Termination
The distributor relationship is governed by a written agreement valid for [1–3 years], renewable upon mutual agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement with [30–90] days' notice.

Any disputes arising under this policy or related agreements will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, arbitration or litigation in the applicable jurisdiction as specified in the distributor agreement.
