Warranty
Predision provides 5-year warranty service for all of our products.
We will not charge to repair products that are under warranty.
Predision charges to repair products when the warranty time has expired. The customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) to a designated service center. Predision will be responsible for the import duties if needed.
Predision will be responsible for shipping the repaired product(s) back to the customer. The customer will be responsible for the import duties if needed.
If the warranty period has expired, Predision will charge the customer for the repair. In this case, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges on both inbound and outbound shipments, including the importation charges as duties if needed.
Within the customer’s account at www.predision.com, we will provide the detailed proforma invoice listing all material costs, labor costs, etc., before the repair starts. The customer will be able to track the repair and shipment process right on their account on the predision website.
Predision website account service will help customers to complete all necessary RMA procedures within their account, All the records for RMA(s) will be stored within the account. Customers can choose to keep those records or purge them at a later time.
Remind:
The Customer shall remove all confidential/proprietary data from the product before sending it in for service. Predision will not be responsible for any loss of or unauthorized access to the data contained in the product.
